Rethinking Process Management for Interactive Mobile Systems

This talk (presented in Session 17: Cellular and Long-Range Communication of the ACM MobiCom 2024) introduces our efforts in improving the smoothness of interactive mobile systems, by identifying and suppressing “hogging apps” with a rearchitected process management model for Android.
